Position Overview
Stephanie Wilmsmeyer State Farm is hiring a licensed Outbound Sales Representative in Columbia, MO. Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required before your start date, so you can step straight into selling with coaching and support from day one.
Responsibilities
- Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required before start date
- Active Life & Health license required before start date
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude

Pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year
